Job summary

Fusion Utilities, part of the Wolseley Group, is seeking a Sales Coordinator in Chesterfield to process orders, manage quotes, and be the first point of contact for customers by phone and email.

The role is full-time, based in the Chesterfield office, with typical 40-hour weeks and benefits package including pension and healthcare.

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills both internally with the team and externally with customers.
• Comfortable and confident making calls to customers in a busy office.
• Able to drive to the office; public transport links are limited.
• Administration experience is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Processing orders and quotes for customers.
• First point of contact for customers via phone and email, handling queries including invoice queries.
• Following up with customers to check project progress, delivery status and issues.
• General administration duties.

As a Sales Coordinator based in Chesterfield you’ll be responsible for:

• Processing orders and quotes for customers
• Being the first point of contact for customers both over the phone and via email, dealing with queries, including invoice queries
• Following up with customers to see how their projects are going, ensuring items have been delivered and that there are no issues
• General administration duties

This is a full-time, permanent role working 40 hours per week Monday to Friday between 8.00am – 5.00pm
