Job summary

Adidas Livingston is seeking Seasonal Sales Consultants for a 20-hour temporary role. You will be the brand ambassador on the shop floor, delivering excellent customer service and driving sales in a fast-paced environment.

You’ll work flexible 5/7 days with training provided. Join a diverse, dynamic team and enjoy staff discounts and uniform provision.

Qualifications

• 1+ months working in a sports/fashion retail environment.
• Knowledge of store KPIs and tools to interpret those to drive sales.
• Ability to maintain an easy-to-shop environment through visual merchandising and housekeeping standards.
• Effective customer service and sales skills.
• Being a team player, resilient, eager to learn and curious.

Responsibilities

• Maintain high merchandising and housekeeping standards and stock replenishment.

• Maintain high standards of merchandising and housekeeping at all times and carry out replenishment of sales floors within areas of responsibility.
• Be a brand ambassador by connecting, engaging, and inspiring our customers in alignment with our adidas values.
• Work collaboratively and drive sales by supporting merchandise management (deliveries and replenishment) to win together as a team to achieve store goals.
• Take ownership and be proactive in your own learning by completing all applicable training and effectively applying them on the shop floor.
