Job summary

adidas Resorts World Birmingham is opening a brand-new store and seeks Stockroom Sales Consultants to join the founding team. The role focuses on receiving deliveries, organising stock, and ensuring products are available on the shop floor to deliver an outstanding customer experience.

You'll work behind the scenes to move stock efficiently, support the store team, and uphold adidas standards while learning about products, operations, and retail skills for future opportunities with the brand.

Qualifications

• Experience in stockroom or retail is beneficial but not essential.
• Organised, reliable and detail-oriented.
• Team player eager to learn and adapt.

Responsibilities

• Receive, process and organise deliveries efficiently and accurately.
• Replenish stock onto the sales floor quickly and effectively.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and easy-to-shop store environment.
• Support stock management to maximise product availability and sales.
• Collaborate with sales floor teams to keep the store stocked and ready for customers.
• Assist customers and act as a positive adidas ambassador.
• Follow merchandising standards to present products at their best.
• Support inventory accuracy and stockroom organisation.
• Contribute to achieve store sales and performance goals.
