Your new company
This exciting opportunity is seeking a proactive individual to join the Sales team to manage sales relationships with existing client accounts as well as prospect new clients and accounts. Ideal candidates have experience in a sales role within financial services. A strong growth program is in place to ensure the individual is provided with strong training and upskilling. This role is 5 DAYS A WEEK IN THE OFFICE.

Your new role
The Sales department is responsible for the strategic planning of overall business growth, identifying opportunities with new companies and clients for all currency products (FX Spot, Forwards, Options), as well as maintaining relationships with existing companies and clients, increasing their business revenue, and collaborating with the Introductory Affiliates department wherever possible.

The Sales Consultant is responsible for managing sales relationships with existing client accounts as well as prospecting new clients and accounts. They serve as the interface between clients and the Dealing Team, working closely with Compliance and Risk to ensure adherence to regulatory guidelines. The role requires knowledge of all products and the regulatory framework under which they operate to successfully market these products to new and existing clients, ensuring the clients' long-term interests are prioritised with fair and equitable outcomes for both the role holder and the firm.

What you'll need to succeed
  • Previous sales experience in a Business to Business (B2B) role.
  • Experience of working within a regulated financial services firm is highly desirable.
  • Proven history of operating at an Associate level within a commercial sales environment (both face-to-face and telephone sales).
  • Able to clearly articulate a full understanding of end-to-end sales processes.
  • Able to demonstrate strong sales techniques (Persuasive, Negotiation & Closing skills).
  • Understanding the purpose of risk management and compliance within a regulated environment.
