Job summary

adidas in Wakefield is seeking a Sales Consultant / Sales Assistant to join our brand on the shop floor. You will connect with customers, promote adidas products, and deliver excellent service in line with our core values.

You will help with stock deliveries and replenishment, support merchandise management, and work as part of a friendly team to meet store targets while learning and growing through our product trainings and initiatives in the UK retail environment.

Qualifications

• 1+ months working in a sports or fashion retail environment.
• Knowledge of store KPIs and tools to interpret those to drive sales.
• Effective customer service and sales skills.
• Being a team player, resilience, eager to learn & curious.
• Good communications skills in English.

Responsibilities

• Be a brand ambassador by connecting, engaging, and inspiring our customers in alignment with our adidas values.
• Work collaboratively and drive sales by supporting merchandise management (deliveries and replenishment) to win together as a team to achieve store goals.
• Take ownership and be proactive in your own learning by completing all applicable training and effectively applying them on the shop floor.
