Job description

We are expanding our Sales team and are recruiting for an experienced Sales Consultant to join our team based in Hambrook, Chichester.

Using your negotiating and influencing skills, you will achieve sales while ensuring the effective, efficient, and accurate processing of sales and contracts from reservation to exchange and completion via our onsite IT systems. Previous experience in luxury branded sales within housebuilding, along with a track record of delivering exceptional customer service, is essential.

Your main responsibilities include meeting customers, guiding them through property specifications, and assisting them throughout the purchasing and handover process. You will be responsible for maintaining the excellent presentation of the development at all times and providing outstanding customer service throughout the buying process.

You will conduct market research, collate reports for the sales management team, and contribute ideas during team discussions to meet sales targets. An awareness of the industry in general is advantageous, as keeping your knowledge of key factors up to date is expected.

About You

The ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines is essential. You should have excellent listening skills, adapting your communication style to suit different individuals and media. Proficiency in Microsoft Office packages and confidence in utilising IT systems are required, as effective management of the onsite database is crucial. Previous experience in new homes sales is necessary, along with passion, enthusiasm, and a flair for selling. Weekend work and flexibility are required, as well as a full driving license and access to a vehicle. If you are capable of working independently and as part of a team, highly motivated, target-driven, and meet our essential criteria, we would like to hear from you.
