Co-op Life Services is hiring a Sales Consultant to help clients plan for the future within the Estate Planning team. You will engage with clients via video, phone, and occasional in-person sessions, explaining options and guiding decisions with empathy and clarity.
The role requires strong customer service and communication skills, a UK driving licence with access to your own vehicle, and the ability to hit targets while delivering a supportive, compliant client journey across England and Wales.
£26,500 - £30,000 base salary, OTE £45,000 plus excellent benefits (Work Level 6B) Monday-Friday, 37.5 hours flexible between 9am and 9pm, with 3 evenings per week, and two in four Saturdays. Home based across England and Wales, travelling when required
