A proactive approach, the ability to build meaningful relationships, and a keen eye for detail will set you apart. While previous experience in housebuilding or estate agency is an advantage, it is not essential. Our comprehensive training programme will equip you with everything you need to succeed - what truly matters is your passion, dependability, and drive to deliver outstanding results.

Collaborative Efforts: Work closely with various departments to ensure smooth operations, from property checks to sales lead analysis.

Compliance & Knowledge: Stay updated with sales processes and compliance requirements, ensuring your skills are always sharp and relevant.
