Job summary

LJ Recruitment in Poole is seeking a Sales Consultant with proven furniture retail experience to join a fast-paced retail team. You will greet customers, understand needs and recommend suitable products, delivering an engaging end-to-end shopping journey.

This role offers a £25,500 base plus uncapped commission with OTE £50k-£60k+, a 40-hour week, weekend rota, full training, staff discount and health benefits as you work toward ambitious sales targets.

Salary: £25,500 basic salary + uncapped commission

Hours: 40 hours per week, 5 days over 7

Schedule: Monday-Sunday rota, including every weekend

The Role

As a Sales Consultant, you'll be responsible for creating a welcoming and engaging experience for every customer. You will:

We are particularly interested in candidates who have experience selling furniture, working to sales targets and providing a consultative service to customers.
