Job summary

LJ Recruitment in Poole is seeking a Sales Consultant with proven furniture retail experience to join a fast-paced retail team. You will greet customers, understand needs and recommend suitable products, delivering an engaging end-to-end shopping journey.

This role offers a £25,500 base plus uncapped commission with OTE £50k-£60k+, a 40-hour week, weekend rota, full training, staff discount and health benefits as you work toward ambitious sales targets.

Qualifications

• Experience in furniture retail or similar sales environment.
• Strong customer-focused mindset with ability to upsell.
• Proven ability to work toward sales targets in a busy retail setting.
