CTG Windows in Hayle, Cornwall, seeks a Sales Consultant to help homeowners find the right home-improvement solutions across the South West. You’ll work with customers to understand their needs and present windows, doors, and conservatories with tailored designs and quotations.

Fully trained and supported by the company, you’ll benefit from qualified leads, uncapped commission and ongoing training to develop your product knowledge and sales skills while building lasting customer relationships.

Salary: £45,000+ earning potential with uncapped commission

Are you a confident salesperson who enjoys working with customers and turning their ideas into reality?

CTG Windows is looking for Sales Consultants to join our team in Hayle, covering customers across Cornwall and the South West.

This is a fantastic opportunity to join an established home improvements business, with fully qualified leads and appointments provided, uncapped commission and all the training and tools you need to succeed.

You’ll be helping homeowners find the right solutions for their property, from windows and doors through to conservatories and other home improvement products.

The Role

As a Sales Consultant, you’ll work with customers to understand what they are looking to achieve and recommend solutions that suit their home, requirements and budget.

• Meeting customers and discussing their home improvement requirements
• Advising on suitable windows, doors, conservatories and related products
• Turning fully qualified leads and appointments into sales
• Providing a professional and consultative customer experience
• Preparing tailored designs and quotations
• Using the latest sales technology and presentation tools

Who We’re Looking For

We’re looking for someone who is confident, personable and motivated by achieving results.

You may already have experience within windows, doors, glazing or home improvements, but this isn’t essential as full product training will be provided.
