A forward-thinking software business based in Nottinghamshire, this team builds powerful SaaS tools used by UK Police Forces to improve performance, intelligence sharing, and operational efficiency. The Role

As Sales Consultant, you'll be leading the full 360 sales cycle: from identifying and qualifying leads, through to live demos, proposal writing, and closing deals.

You'll be:

  • Owning the sales process end-to-end
  • Delivering engaging software demonstrations online and in person
  • Building and maintaining a strong pipeline of public and private sector clients
  • Navigating procurement, tenders, and framework agreements
  • Winning new business and hitting revenue targets
  • Collaborating with tech, product, and marketing teams to feed back insights

What You’ll Bring

  • Proven SaaS sales experience – must-have
  • Strong understanding of public sector buying cycles (Police, NHS, Government)
  • Experience selling into the private sector also welcome
  • Confident presenting to senior stakeholders and decision-makers
  • A motivated, autonomous, target-driven mindset
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and structured sales reporting
  • Skilled in RFP responses and complex sales cycles
