Overview: This is a highly targeted, sales-focused position. Like all sales roles, it involves hard work and can be challenging at times. However, with motivation and focus, it can be one of the most highly rewarded roles at Homebase.
Main Responsibilities: Your primary goal will be to offer our customers exceptional service by selling them a new kitchen, bathroom, or bedroom from our range.
You will need to call customers to follow up on leads, arrange appointments, produce quotes, carry out home visits, and use your creativity and sales skills to ensure they leave with the best room solutions for their homes.
You will have support from your store manager, divisional sales manager, and our Learning & Development teams, who will provide training and guidance. Ultimately, your performance depends on your own efforts.
