Job summary

R2 Global is hiring a Sales Consultant / Recruitment Consultant in Newcastle Upon Tyne, onsite. A strong work ethic and excellent communication are essential as you engage candidates and clients across the US, manage the full recruitment cycle, and push for targets with an uncapped commission structure.

Ideal candidates bring experience in sales, recruitment, hospitality, or customer-facing roles and are motivated by progression and high earnings.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales, recruitment, hospitality, retail, or customer-facing roles (preferred but not essential).
• Proven ability to build relationships and close opportunities.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

Responsibilities

• Build and develop relationships with candidates and clients across the US during US hours.
• Identify business opportunities and generate new revenue.
• Manage the full recruitment/sales cycle from sourcing to closing placements.
• Source and engage top talent within your market.
• Negotiate offers and close placements.
• Act as a trusted advisor within your specialist sector.

Location: Newcastle Upon Tyne (Onsite) Monday – Friday Competitive Base Salary + Uncapped Commission

What You'll Be Doing:

• Working US hours to build and develop relationships with candidates & clients across the US
• Identifying business opportunities and generating new revenue
• Managing the full recruitment/sales cycle
• Sourcing and engaging top talent within your market
• Negotiating offers and closing placements
• Becoming a trusted advisor within your specialist sector
• Achieving and exceeding personal and team targets
