R2 Global is seeking a Sales Consultant / Recruitment Consultant to build a high-performance career in a US-focused market. You will develop relationships with candidates and clients, manage the full recruitment and sales cycle, and drive revenue growth in a fast-paced environment.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Working US hours to build and develop relationships with candidates & clients across the US
• Identifying business opportunities and generating new revenue
• Managing the full recruitment/sales cycle
• Sourcing and engaging top talent within your market
• Negotiating offers and closing placements
• Becoming a trusted advisor within your specialist sector
• Achieving and exceeding personal and team targets

What We’re Looking For:

• Previous sales, recruitment, hospitality, retail, or customer-facing experience (preferred but not essential)
