Senior Talent Consultant – Building relationships and recruiting exceptional talent up to Director level.

We are currently recruiting for a rapidly expanding facilities company for the role of Sales Consultant. This is an excellent opportunity to join an industry-leading organisation known for delivering high-quality, reliable services across a wide range of sectors.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Welcome customers and guide them through storage options to help them find the best solution for their needs
  • Build strong relationships by responding to queries in person, via email, and over the phone, ensuring every customer leaves confident and satisfied with the service
  • Support a variety of tasks including basic marketing, administration, and light facilities or maintenance work, all within a collaborative and supportive team environment

Main Skills/ Requirements:

  • Experience in a consultative sales environment is essential
  • Must be able to commute to the Brent Cross or Cricklewood area within 40 minutes
  • Telesales background is a strong advantage, or must be comfortable making regular outbound and inbound calls
  • Able to seamlessly transition between phone-based and face-to-face customer interactions, adapting communication style accordingly
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills to engage effectively with customers, colleagues, and senior leadership
  • Must reside within a 30-minute commute of the store location
