As a Sales Trailblazer, you will be responsible for making outbound calls to business owners, introducing services, and creating opportunities for the business development team to sign up new clients. Your success directly impacts your earnings, as the more business you win, the more money you earn.

  • Basic salary between £23,000 – £27,000 depending on experience. Realistic first-year earnings are £40,000; top performers earn £70,000+.
  • Uncapped commission from the first sale.
  • No evenings or weekends; work hours are 9am-5pm, Monday to Friday.

  • Six-month sales training program with a clear development plan and ongoing training.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities
  • Promote employment law and health & safety outsourcing solutions to SME businesses.
  • Schedule sales opportunities with business owners/directors.
  • Work with your Business Development Manager to plan quarterly seminars.
  • Generate new leads, appointments, and referrals through daily activity.
  • Maintain and manage your sales pipeline accurately.
