Role: Sales Consultant
Location: South London (Sites around Lambeth and Southwark)
Salary: £37,565
Contract: 18 Month FTC, 37.5 hrs/week

Our team at So Resi is seeking an experienced and proactive Sales Consultant to manage sales reservations across sites in South London, Lambeth, and Southwark. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in new homes sales, preferably with knowledge of or experience in shared ownership, along with strong communication skills.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Operate onsite from the Sales Office/Show home/Head office from Tuesday to Saturday, 9am-5.30pm.
  2. Manage Sales and Marketing suites and show homes, ensuring high standards of presentation and brand promotion.
  3. Contact all sales enquiries/leads within 48 hours.
  4. Arrange and conduct viewings, surveys, completions, and home demonstrations as needed.
  5. Monitor void properties weekly to ensure security.
  6. Maintain strong administrative practices.
  7. Ensure all properties are reserved in accordance with MTVH policies, including eligibility, affordability, and compliance.
Requirements
  1. At least 1 year of sales experience.
  2. Understanding of Shared Ownership and affordability processes.
  3. Consistently achieve and exceed sales targets.
  4. Experience with CRM and sales management systems.
  5. Driving license is optional but beneficial for supporting sites outside South London.
  6. Ability to establish and maintain relationships with potential buyers, guiding them through the shared ownership process.
  7. Self-motivated with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
