Job Outline

As part of the Exeter showroom team, the Sales Consultant will actively approach clients, assist them, identify their requirements, and suggest suitable products from our range to meet their needs and aspirations.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Greet clients upon entry to the showroom.
  2. Recommend appropriate product ranges based on client specifications (dimensions, budget).
  3. Provide detailed and accurate quotations within agreed timeframes.
  4. Handle payments, including credit/debit card transactions, ensuring proper receipts.
  5. Answer client queries via telephone and in person.
  6. Follow the established sales process.

  • Relevant experience in face-to-face customer sales or the traits to fulfill this role.
