Job summary

David Lloyd Group in Exeter is seeking a Sales Consultant to join our health and wellness team. You will spend 70% of your time on phone outreach to prospective members and 30% showcasing our clubs, driving sales, and onboarding new members for premium after-care.

The role requires working evenings, weekends and public holidays as needed. A passion for fitness and a proactive, customer-first mindset are essential for success and career progression within DL.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a sales environment is desirable but not essential.
• Strong admin and organisational skills.
• Passion for health and fitness.

Responsibilities

• Hit the phones and inspire prospective members while promoting DL values in an office environment.
• On-board new members and ensure premium after-care service.
• Achieve personal and team sales targets; work evenings, weekends and public holidays as required.
