Job summary

David Lloyd Clubs in Eastbourne is hiring a Sales Consultant to join our premium health and wellness team. You will primarily phone-prospect prospective members from an office, inspiring them with DL values and driving targets in a fast-paced environment.

The role also involves showcasing our clubs to members, on-boarding new sign-ups for premium after-care, and working evenings, weekends and public holidays as required. Uncapped commissions and family club membership are included.

Qualifications

• Target driven with strong administration and organisational skills.
• Passion for health and fitness.
• Self-starter who delivers quality sales experiences.
• Previous sales experience is desirable but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Prospect members by phone in an office environment to hit targets.
• Inspire and showcase our clubs, achieving personal and team sales targets.
• On-board new members for premium after-care service.
• Role requires evenings, weekends and public holidays as needed.
