Job summary

David Lloyd Group is seeking a Sales Consultant at our Narborough club. You will predominantly handle phone-based member acquisition while also showcasing our clubs in person to drive sales targets and member onboarding.

The role requires flexibility to work evenings, weekends and public holidays, with uncapped commissions and a supportive benefits suite to help you thrive in a health-focused environment.

Qualifications

• Target driven with strong admin and organisational skills.
• Passion for health and fitness.
• Self-starter who delivers quality sales experiences.
• Previous sales experience desirable but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to prospective members to generate interest.
• Inspire prospects with DL values and showcase clubs.
• Onboard new members and ensure premium after-care.
• Work evenings, weekends and public holidays as required.
