Are you a passionate, people-focused sales professional ready to make a real difference? At McCarthy Stone, we are offering you the opportunity to join us as a Sales Consultant a role where you will play an integral part in building vibrant, connected retirement communities in Kent.

We are investing in what matters most: building a high-performing, agile sales team ready to lead the way. If you are a driven, relationship-first sales professional who thrives on impact, now is the time to join us. We are expanding with purpose - bringing in top talent to serve our customers better, grow stronger partnerships, and drive real results.

This is more than a sales role. We are looking for someone who thrives on creating exceptional customer experiences and is driven not only by targets but also by the satisfaction of helping people find their perfect home in later life. Your ability to connect with people, understand their needs, and guide them through a major life decision with care and confidence will be at the heart of your success.

We are seeking a confident individual with a proven track record in a customer-focused, target-driven environment. To thrive in this role, you will need exceptional communication skills, genuine empathy, and the determination to see every opportunity through to a successful outcome.

A proactive approach, the ability to build meaningful relationships, and a keen eye for detail will set you apart. While previous experience in housebuilding or estate agency is an advantage, it is not essential. Our comprehensive training programme will equip you with everything you need to succeed - what truly matters is your passion, dependability, and drive to deliver outstanding results.

Benefits of joining our sales team:

Competitive salary and lucrative commission scheme

Company pension scheme

Tuesday to Saturday work pattern (Sunday and Mondays off)

24 days holiday (rising to 28) plus Bank Holidays (in lieu)

2 fully paid volunteering days per year (supported by the McCarthy Stone Foundation)

Colleagues Benefit Booklet with a range of store offers discounts and promotions

Collaborative Efforts: Work closely with various departments to ensure smooth operations, from property checks to sales lead analysis.

Compliance & Knowledge: Stay updated with sales processes and compliance requirements, ensuring your skills are always sharp and relevant.

Why You will Enjoy Working With Us:

Be part of a high-performing, customer-centric team that exceeds targets and cultivates community spirit.

Innovate and grow with us through continuous professional development and learning opportunities.

Engage in a role where no two days are the same, from managing off-plan sales to nurturing relationships.

What We are Looking For:

Experience in a customer-centric sales environment, with a proven track record in a target-driven setting.

Strong commercial acumen, organisational skills, and proficiency in tools like Salesforce and Microsoft Office.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and objection handling skills.
