Job summary

The Fragrance Shop is seeking a Sales Consultant (Key Holder) to join our team in Halifax. You will support store leadership, open/close responsibilities when needed, and drive sales through excellent customer service and fragrance recommendations.

You will assist customers with knowledgeably answering questions, processing transactions, and helping with deliveries and promotions to ensure a welcoming shopping environment.

Qualifications

• Educated to GCSE level or equivalent.
• Experience in sales/retail is advantageous but not essential.
• Strong teamwork skills.
• Flexibility to include evenings and weekends.
• Minimum legal age requirements must be met.

Responsibilities

• Support Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager with achievement of retail targets.
• Open and close the store in the absence of other management and ensure safety/legal operation.
• Deliver sales through friendly and efficient customer service.
• Ensure customers have a fun and enjoyable shopping experience.
• Match fragrances to customers' needs with product knowledge.
• Assist customers with queries using product knowledge.
• Process transactions at the till point.
• Assist with deliveries, visual merchandising, stock takes, markdowns and promotions.
• Keep the store presentable and inviting to customers.

The Fragrance Shop are on the lookout for an enthusiastic, motivated and reliable Sales Consultant (Key Holder position) to join our team. • Supporting your Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager with the achievement of retail store targets
• In the absence of any other management you will open and close the store and are responsible at that point for ensuring that the store trades safely and legally
• Delivering sales through friendly and efficient customer service
• Ensuring our customers have a fun and enjoyable shopping experience
• Effectively matching the correct fragrance to the customer's needs
• Assisting customers with their queries using your product knowledge
• Processing transactions at the till point
• Assisting with processing store deliveries, visual merchandising, stock takes, markdowns and promotions
• Ensuring the store looks presentable and inviting to our customers
