David Lloyd Leisure Ltd. in Cardiff is seeking a dynamic Sales Consultant to help grow our member base. You will drive outbound calls and convert prospects, delivering a premium fitness and wellness experience.

The role splits 70/30: 70% phone outreach to prospective members, 30% in-club tours to showcase facilities. You’ll onboard new members, ensure exceptional after-care, and strive to hit personal and team sales targets, with evenings, weekends and public holidays required.

Qualifications

• Experience in a sales environment is desirable but not essential.
• Strong administrative and organisational abilities.
• Great communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Prospect and convert potential members via phone outreach.
