Job summary

TipTopJob in Birmingham is seeking a driven Sales Consultant to grow business across the Birmingham region within the removals and relocation sector. The role offers a base salary up to £40,000, plus a car allowance and uncapped commission, with an OTE of £50,000+ and a supportive, market-leading environment.

You will advise customers, build strong relationships and tailor moving solutions to maximise sales opportunities while delivering outstanding service throughout the moving process.

Qualifications

• Proven consultative sales experience.
• Experience in removals or related home-moving services is advantageous.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Self-motivated, organised and detail-oriented.
• Full UK driving licence.

Responsibilities

• Conduct customer surveys via telephone, video, self survey and face-to-face appointments.
• Prepare accurate and competitive quotations.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable moving solutions.
• Build rapport with customers and convert enquiries into confirmed business.
• Manage your own pipeline of enquiries using the CRM system.
• Maximise revenue through value-added services and pricing.
• Work closely with operations to ensure a smooth move from quotation to completion.
• Achieve and exceed sales, conversion and revenue targets.

Location: Birmingham (Territory:based : candidates can live anywhere across Dorset or Hampshire )

What Youll Do

As Sales Consultant, youll play a key role in helping customers through one of lifes biggest milestones. Youll provide expert advice, build strong relationships, and deliver tailored moving solutions whilst maximising sales opportunities.

Main Responsibilities

• Conduct customer surveys via telephone, video, self:survey and face:to:face appointments


• Prepare accurate and competitive quotations


• Understand customer requirements and recommend the most suitable moving solutions


• Build rapport with customers and confidently convert enquiries into confirmed business


• Manage your own pipeline of enquiries using the CRM system


• Maximise revenue through value:added services, insurance and commercial pricing


• Work closely with the operations team to ensure an exceptional customer experience from quotation through to move completion


• Achieve and exceed sales, conversion and revenue targets

What You Need

• Proven consultative sales experience


• Experience within removals, relocations, kitchens, flooring, bathrooms, estate agency, home improvements, furniture, or another customer:focused field sales environment would be highly advantageous


• Excellent communication, negotiation and relationship:building skills


• Commercially minded with a passion for delivering outstanding customer service


• Self:motivated and organised, with strong attention to detail


• Full UK driving licence
