Qualifications

• 5+ years in sales compensation analytics or related field.
• Advanced SQL proficiency for data modelling, validation, and multi-table reconciliation.
• Hands-on experience using Python/Pandas or Alteryx to build automated reconciliation workflows and variance detection models.
• Power BI development including data modelling, DAX measures, and Power Query transformations.
• Experience operating within SOX-compliance frameworks and audit-ready controls.

Responsibilities

• Translate and engineer complex deal structures into structured algorithmic logic and standardised business rules within the compensation engine.
• Model financial impact of proposed changes to compensation plans using Python and SQL scenario analyses.
• Build and maintain automated reconciliation engines using Python, Alteryx, and SQL with variance detection for anomalies.
• Design governance frameworks with tracking of adjustments and SOX audit documentation.
• Architect and maintain Power BI reporting suites to visualise performance, attainment distributions, and trends.
