15-30 hours per week, with flexibility to work additional hours. £12.21* per hour plus an average bonus of 89p per hour (*rising to £12.51 on successful completion of probation).

As a Retail Sales Colleague, no prior tech knowledge is required. All new colleagues attend a two- to three-day induction, either virtually or at our academy in Fort Dunlop, Birmingham. You’ll gain skills and knowledge to help you sell, serve, and support our customers, making a real difference. We provide supplier training, product demos, and testing opportunities to ensure you’re confident in your recommendations.

Our Sales Colleagues work flexibly across our opening hours, which typically include weekends. Stores are open 7 days a week, generally from 9am to 8pm, with local variations.

Role overview:

In this role, you’ll be responsible for:

  • Asking the right questions to match customers with products.
  • Making every customer interaction memorable.
  • Offering support services like delivery, installation, recycling, and payment options.
  • Contributing to the overall sales performance of the store.
  • Working across different departments and product ranges.
  • Supporting store operations by completing operational tasks.

You will need to be:

  • Approachable and friendly.
  • Keen to learn about the latest technology.
  • Comfortable achieving personal sales, service, and customer experience targets.
