As a Retail Sales Colleague, no prior tech knowledge is required. All new colleagues attend a two to three-day induction, either virtually or at our academy in Fort Dunlop, Birmingham. You’ll gain the skills and knowledge needed to sell, serve, and support our customers, ensuring they have an amazing experience. From supplier training and product demos to testing the latest gadgets, we equip you with the confidence to make top-notch recommendations.
Our Sales Colleagues work flexibly across our opening hours, which typically include weekends. Our stores are open 7 days a week, generally from 9am to 8pm, with local variations.
