8-39 hours per week, with flexibility to work additional hours. £12.21* per hour plus an average bonus of 89p per hour (*rising to £12.51 on successful completion of probation period).

As a Retail Sales Colleague, you don't need prior tech knowledge to start. All new colleagues attend a two to three-day induction, either virtually or at our academy in Fort Dunlop, Birmingham. Here, you’ll gain skills and knowledge to sell, serve, and support our customers, making amazing happen. We provide supplier training, product demos, and testing opportunities to boost your confidence and ensure your recommendations are top-notch.

Our Sales Colleagues work flexibly across our opening hours, typically including weekends. Our stores are open 7 days a week, generally between 9am and 8pm, with local variations.

Role overview:

As part of this role, you’ll be responsible for:

  1. Asking the right questions to match customers with products.
  2. Making every customer interaction memorable.
  3. Offering support services like delivery, installation, recycling, and payment options.
  4. Contributing to the overall sales performance of the store.
  5. Working across different departments and product ranges.
  6. Supporting store operations by completing various tasks.

You will need to be:

  • Approachable and friendly.
