15-30 hours per week, with flexibility to work additional hours. £12.21* per hour plus an average bonus of 89p per hour (*rising to £12.51 on successful completion of probation period).

As a Retail Sales Colleague, no prior tech knowledge is required. All new colleagues attend a two to three-day induction, either virtually or at our academy in Fort Dunlop, Birmingham. You’ll gain valuable skills and knowledge to help you sell, serve, and support our customers, making amazing happen. From supplier training and demos ahead of launches to testing the latest products, we’ll give you the confidence to ensure your recommendations are top-notch.
Our Sales Colleagues work flexibly across our opening hours, which typically include Saturdays and Sundays. Our stores are open 7 days a week, generally between 9 am and 8 pm, but hours may vary locally.
