Are you an ambitious Sales Coordinator? Are you immediately available? Do you have a keen eye for attention to detail? Then this could be the role for you!

Our client in the Solihull area is looking for a Sales Co-ordinator to join their fun and vibrant team on a permanent basis.

Benefits
  • Salary up to £27,000
  • Location: Solihull
  • Hours of work - Monday to Thursday 08:00 to 17:00, Friday 08:00 to 14:00
  • 30 Days Holiday (including Bank Holidays)
  • Free parking
  • Fully office-based role
Role & Responsibilities
  • Sales order processing
  • Maintaining and developing relationships with customers
  • Monitoring group inboxes
  • Liaising with customers and colleagues to resolve technical queries
  • Making accurate cost calculations for quotations
  • Data input and analysis using MS Excel
  • Manipulating data for importing and exporting
  • Tracking costs and negotiating with suppliers
  • Processing orders with supply chain
  • Organising manufacture files and labels
  • Maintaining stock control and re-order levels
  • Assisting with Goods Out administration
  • Ensuring all administration systems are accurate and updated
Required Skills & Experience
  • Previous experience in a similar role
  • Ability to start immediately
  • Proficient in MS Excel, including formulas
  • Keen attention to detail with data analysis experience
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
  • Friendly yet professional telephone manner
