Overview: We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Sales Coordinator to join our client in the Beauty / Wellness space. This role is pivotal in ensuring exceptional service to clients across the UK and EU, managing customer orders, supporting the sales process, and handling administrative duties. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in customer service, excellent organisational skills, and a proactive, problem-solving mindset.

Responsibilities:

  1. Customer Relationship Management:
  2. Serve as the main contact for customer queries, issues, and support.
  3. Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients, ensuring high-quality service.
  4. Manage the full order process, from entry to dispatch.
  5. Coordinate with internal teams for timely delivery of products and services.
  6. Monitor sales orders, follow up on pending items, and resolve discrepancies.
  7. Administrative Duties:
  8. Keep customer records and databases accurate and current.
  9. Prepare sales reports, performance metrics, and documentation as needed.
  10. Assist in developing and implementing improved customer service procedures.
  11. Team Coordination:
  12. Work with sales, logistics, and finance teams to streamline operations and improve customer satisfaction.
  13. Support team members with administrative tasks and customer communications.
  14. Compliance and Standards:
  15. Ensure adherence to internal policies and customer service standards.
  16. Address complaints and service issues promptly, escalating when necessary.

You Are:

  1. Experienced in customer service or sales support, preferably in a B2B or product environment.
  2. Strong communicator, both verbally and in writing.
  3. Organised with good administrative skills.
  4. Proficient in Microsoft Office; CRM or ERP experience is a plus.
  5. Capable of multitasking in a fast-paced setting.
  6. Professional, courteous, with a customer-first approach.
  7. Knowledge of UK and EU customer expectations and business practices is preferred.
