About the Role
This is an entry-level, performance-first role built for someone who lives for the chase.
You’ll be responsible for generating leads, qualifying real opportunities, and building your own outbound pipeline using tools like Barbour ABI, LinkedIn, and direct outreach.
You won’t be filing quotes or chasing admin. You’ll be picking up the phone, opening doors, and driving deals. You’ll be trained directly by the MD and Sales Director, with a clear roadmap to promotion into Regional Sales Manager or BD Manager roles.
Key Responsibilities
Compensation & Growth Path
Base Salary - £25,000 – £30,000 depending on experience
Commission - 8% of net margin on self-generated deals; 4–5% on company-supplied leads
Quarterly Bonus - £500 – £750 for achieving/exceeding activity and conversion targets
Loyalty Bonus - £1,500 after 12 months if targets and conduct benchmarks are met
Year 1 OTE - £38,000 – £50,000+ with uncapped earning potential
