Job summary

Clarks in the United Kingdom is seeking a reliable Sales Associate to provide an outstanding consumer experience in-store while achieving set targets and KPIs. You will effectively sell shoes and accessories using Clarks selling models and support daily retail standards both in front of and behind the counter.

The role requires delivering excellent customer service, maintaining brand standards, and adapting to a 7-day shift pattern that includes weekends and bank holidays.

Qualifications

• Deliver a great brand experience and keep product knowledge up to date.
• Achieve store KPIs by driving sales to target levels.
• Maintain high retail standards on both front and back of house.

Responsibilities

• Deliver a great consumer experience using Clarks selling models and technology.
• Support attainment of KPI targets and store sales goals.
• Maintain visual merchandising standards and replenish stock as needed.
• Be flexible to work a 7-day shift pattern, including weekends and bank holidays.
• Follow cash and stock security procedures to Company standards.
