Job summary

Clarks is seeking a reliable Sales Associate to deliver an exceptional consumer experience in-store while meeting set KPIs and sales targets. You will represent the brand, stay informed on product knowledge, and assist in maintaining high retail standards across front and back of house.

The role involves using technology to enhance customer service, supporting store targets, and working a 7-day shift including weekends and bank holidays. Training provided to ensure excellence.

Qualifications

• Deliver a great brand experience and utilise technology to enhance the consumer's experience.
• Support achievement of store KPIs by delivering sales at target levels.
• Maintain high brand and retail standards on the sales floor and in back-of-house.

Responsibilities

• Consistently deliver a great brand experience, including utilising technology to enhance the consumers’ experience and keeping up to date with product knowledge.
• Support the achievement of key store KPI’s by delivering sales at target levels set by store Management team.
• Maintain the sales floor and back of house areas in order to deliver high brand and retail standards
• Flexibility to work a 7-day shift pattern, including weekends and bank holidays.
