Job summary

Clarks in the United Kingdom is seeking a reliable and enthusiastic Sales Associate to provide a great consumer experience in-store while delivering set targets and KPIs. You will effectively sell shoes and accessories and maintain high retail standards, both front and back of house.

Qualifications

• Provide a great consumer experience and meet set targets and KPIs.
• Sell shoes and accessories through Clarks selling models.
• Maintain high retail standards both front and back of house.

Responsibilities

• Deliver a great brand experience using product knowledge and technology.
• Support achievement of store KPIs by selling at target levels set by management.
• Maintain sales floor and back-of-house areas to uphold brand standards.
• Be flexible to a 7-day shift pattern, including weekends and bank holidays.
• Follow cash and stock security procedures to Company standards.
• Maintain visual merchandising and replenish as required.
