Job summary

FRAME is seeking an in-store Sales Associate in Greater London. You will be the face of the brand, delivering exceptional customer service while helping clients find and style FRAME pieces. The role supports sales targets, brand representation, and a smooth shopping experience.

• 2+ retail or sales experience in a high-end environment.
• A passion for fashion and knowledge of current trends.

• Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and varying shifts.
• Experience with POS systems or retail software is an advantage.
• Familiarity with retail KPIs and sales performance metrics.
• Working proficiency in English is required.
• Additional language skills are appreciated.
• Work authorization for the UK.
