Sales Associate – Luxury Homeware

About the Role

Our Sales Associates are at the heart of what we do and, as the face of our iconic brand, you will be responsible for creating world class customer experiences for each and every customer. Our Sales Associates take time to understand and learn about our customers, combining the “Art of Selling” with their comprehensive product knowledge; this tailored service approach leads to achieving sales targets as well as repeat customer visits.

The role involves working with clients to help them find products for their homes that align with their requirements. This role involves delivering a tailored service that meets the clients expectation and delivering high standards of performance.
