Job summary

The LEGO Group is seeking enthusiastic store associates to deliver a signature guest experience in our London-area LEGO stores. You will greet guests, handle cash registers and provide friendly, professional service at all times.

You will maintain a clean, safe, and visually engaging environment by upholding LEGO Brand Retail standards, stocking shelves, and keeping displays looking their best. You will also assist in stockroom duties and help with receiving merchandise while following safety

Responsibilities

• Tasks will be assigned by floor leader in duty.
• Greet every guest, handle all cash register functions, and provide a professional, gracious, friendly and engaging service at all times.
• Provide a clean, safe and visually stimulating environment by maintaining store displays and adhering to LEGO Brand Retail visual standards.
• Safely and efficiently operate the store stockroom, assist in receiving merchandise, maintain stockroom to LBR standards, and follow all safety regulations.

Job description

Core Responsibilities

• Tasks will be assigned by floor leader in duty.
• Ensure a signature experience for every guest that visits our LEGO stores by greeting every guest in your location, performing all cash register functions and portraying a professional, gracious, friendly and engaging manner at all times
• Provide a clean, safe and visually stimulating environment by performing daily cleaning duties, maintaining store displays and learning and executing LEGO Brand Retail visual standards
• Safely and efficiently operate the store stockroom as you assist in the receiving of merchandise, maintain the stockroom to LBR standards, know and abide by all safety regulations and notify management of potential shortage situations
