We are currently seeking a full-time Sales Associate for our store at Harrods, Knightsbridge. Are you ready to join us?

Missions:

• Provide exceptional sales and advisory service to customers, leveraging your experience to develop sales and support Devialet's ambitions.
• Share your expertise on our products through training and personal knowledge.
• Build long-term, trusting relationships with clients and team members.
• Meet and exceed sales targets set by management.
• Stay informed on market trends and competitors.
• Handle store opening and closing procedures.
• Maintain and update customer information accurately using company tools (CRM) to retain existing clients and identify new high-potential customers.
• Manage stock, deliveries, and shipments (UK and global), tracking all movements and conducting weekly inventory checks.
• Ensure high-quality daily reporting to Head Office.
• Assist customers with setup and occasional installations.

Requirements:

• Experience in a customer-facing sales environment, preferably in luxury retail.
• Strong understanding of sales principles and customer service practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proactive with problem-solving abilities and adaptability.
• IT skills.
• Knowledge of Mandarin and Arabic is a significant advantage.
