In London, we have flagship retail spaces within Harrods and Selfridges.

We are seeking a part-time Sales Associate (24 hours) for our Harrods store in Knightsbridge.

Responsibilities:

• Provide exceptional sales and advisory service, leveraging your experience to develop sales and meet company goals
• Share expertise on our products following in-house training
• Build trusting, long-term relationships with customers and team members
• Achieve and surpass sales targets set by management
• Stay informed about market trends and competitors
• Handle store opening and/or closing procedures
• Maintain and update customer information using CRM tools to retain existing customers and identify new prospects
• Manage stock, deliveries, and shipments, including inventory tracking and weekly updates
• Ensure accurate daily reporting to Head Office
• Assist customers with product setup and occasional installations

Candidate Profile:

• Experience in customer-facing sales, preferably in luxury retail
• Strong understanding of sales principles and customer service
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proactive with problem-solving abilities
• Proficient in IT
• Knowledge of Mandarin and Arabic is a significant advantage
