We are searching for a Full-Time Sales Associate to join our Cheshire Oaks Store team to work 40 hours a week.

Our Sales Associates bring Belstaff to life for our customers. As a member of the team, you'll need to demonstrate an affinity for the brand values and for engaging customers by sharing knowledge of our heritage and product. You must be motivated by driving sales and contributing to achieving targets by building rapport and delivering an exceptional level of service, whilst maintaining excellent standards throughout the store.

We are looking for someone who will be responsible for:

1. Being part of a dynamic and positive team who deliver exceptional customer service
2. Approaching customers and building rapport to anticipate their needs
3. Confidently showcasing product collections and sharing Belstaff stories to upsell
4. Sharing knowledge of services available including product care, waxing, and customization, and delivering aftersales support
5. Maintaining visual merchandising standards and stock on the shop floor and back of house
6. Upholding and following Company and Store Security procedures, including loss prevention
7. Participating in stock audits and counts
8. Liaising with the Store Manager, Assistant Store Manager, and Supervisor on daily decisions
9. Being aware of and following all company rules and HSE legislation
10. Professionally resolving any customer queries or complaints

We are looking for someone who has:

1. Experience in a customer-facing role, ideally within a premium/luxury retail environment
2. Confidence in delivering exceptional customer service
3. The ability and desire to learn about the brand and our products
4. Motivation and drive to achieve sales targets, ideally with some previous experience
5. An interest in the luxury/premium retail market
