Your Opportunity at ARC’TERYX: Arc’teryx is opening! We are launching our newest Brand Store in Manchester and are seeking a full-time Product Guide (Sales Associate). You will be the face of the brand on the retail floor, delivering memorable experiences to our guests. You will inspire our brand’s evolution, committed to bold objectives both in stores and communities. You are passionate about our products, love outdoor activities, and enjoy sharing your knowledge and enthusiasm with guests. You prioritize personal and professional growth, celebrating achievements and contributing to a better world.

As a Product Guide at Arc’teryx, your responsibilities include:

1. Providing a top-tier brand experience through technical product knowledge and problem-solving support.
2. Gaining in-depth understanding of products and integrating this knowledge into guest interactions authentically.
3. Representing Arc’teryx as a brand ambassador in-store and within the community.
4. Developing personal passions with team support.
5. Collaborating on projects and brand initiatives to enhance guest experiences.
6. Offering feedback on merchandising and store experience to boost sales.
7. Maintaining open communication with team and leadership.
8. Handling store communications via phone, email, and social media channels.
9. Processing transactions accurately using the Point-of-Sale system.
10. Unpacking and managing inventory as needed.

Details: Hours: Full-time – 40 hours/week (5 days). Compensation: Hourly + Bonus.

Expectations: Availability must meet business needs, including mornings, evenings, weekends, Black Friday, and holiday season. You will be responsible for executing your role and supporting additional projects as assigned by management.
