Arc'teryx is opening a new Brand Store in Manchester, and we are seeking a Full-Time Product Guide (Sales Associate)!

You will be the face of the brand on the retail floor, delivering an unforgettable experience to our guests. You will inspire our brand's evolution, contributing to our bold objectives both in stores and communities.

You are product-obsessed, eager to experiment outdoors, and passionate about sharing your knowledge authentically with guests. You prioritize your development and celebrate achievements, recognizing our collective role in creating a better world.

As a Product Guide at Arc'teryx, your responsibilities include:

1. Delivering a best-in-class brand experience through technical product knowledge and problem solving.
2. Building a strong understanding of products and integrating this knowledge into guest interactions.
3. Acting as a brand ambassador both in-store and in the community.
4. Developing personal passions with team support.
5. Supporting store projects and brand initiatives to elevate guest experience.
6. Providing feedback on merchandising and in-store experiences to drive sales.
7. Maintaining collaborative relationships with team and leadership.
8. Participating in store tasks as assigned.
9. Handling store communications and social media responses when needed.
10. Using the Point-of-Sale system for transactions, warranties, trade-ins, and returns.
11. Receiving and unpacking inventory.

Details:

Hours: Full-Time, 40 hours/week (5 days)

Compensation: Hourly + Bonus

Expectations:

Availability must meet business needs, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holiday seasons like Black Friday and the end-of-year period.

You are responsible for executing your role and completing additional projects as directed by leadership.
