Clarks is seeking a reliable Sales Associate to provide an excellent in-store experience in the United Kingdom. You will help customers, hit store targets, and maintain high retail standards across front and back of house.

Qualifications

• Customer-focused attitude and strong interpersonal skills.
• Ability to communicate clearly with customers and team members.
• Comfortable adapting to changing store needs and shifts.
• Prior experience in retail or footwear is a plus.
• Knowledge of products and brands to enhance the customer journey.
• Willingness to work weekends and holidays as required.

Responsibilities

• Consistently deliver a great brand experience, including utilising technology to enhance the consumers’ experience and keeping up to date with product knowledge.
• Support the achievement of key store KPI’s by delivering sales at target levels set by store Management team.
• Maintain the sales floor and back of house areas in order to deliver high brand and retail standards
• Flexibility to work a7-day shift pattern, including weekends and bank holidays.
• Follow cash and stock security procedures to Company standards.
• Maintain visual merchandising standards and replenish as required.
