University of the Arts London is seeking an entry-level Sales Assistant to join its fashion retail team in Greater London. You will deliver exceptional customer service, follow the store protocol, and help maintain a polished store appearance while building strong client relationships.

You will replenish stock, support merchandising and inventory, and handle transactions accurately. This role emphasizes meeting daily targets, adhering to policies, and providing premium service to luxury

Responsabilidades

• Provide excellent customer service following store protocol and maintain the client book (sales aftercare).
• Replenish products on the sales floor according to procedures and uphold visual merchandising standards.
• Achieve daily and weekly sales targets and KPIs as defined by the Store Manager or Assistant Store Manager.
• Assist with merchandising and inventory activities; keep the floor neat, organized, clean and stocked.
• Process transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Comply with all sales-related policies and procedures.

• Providing excellent customer service following the company customer experience protocol- Maintaining and developing the store Client book (sales aftercare)
• Replenishing the products on the sales floor as outlined in the company procedures whilst respecting the visual merchandising standards
• Achieving daily and weekly individual sales targets and KPI’s as defined by the Store Manager or Assistant Store Manager in order to achieve the store objectives
• Assisting with merchandising and inventory activities. Keeping the sales floor and store image neat, organized, clean, and stocked
• Processing transactions accurately and efficiently
• Complying with all sales related policies and procedures
