Huws Gray Martlesham Heath is seeking a Sales Person to join our branch. You’ll build connections with customers in person, over the phone, and in the yard, offering expert advice and tailored solutions to help customers find the right materials.

Qualifications

• Previous customer service experience required.
• Sales experience or building materials knowledge is a bonus but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Building connections with customers in person, over the phone, and in branch or yard.
• Preparing quotes, following up enquiries, and developing leads.
• Managing essential admin to keep things running smoothly.
• Providing up-to-date product knowledge to help customers find the best materials.
• Maintaining well-stocked, inviting displays to enhance the shopping experience.
• Collaborating across the branch with yard and counter sales to support the team.
