Job summary

Harrods is seeking a Sales Associate in our Beauty department with a focus on Skincare. You will welcome customers, learn their needs and combine the Art of Selling with skincare knowledge to deliver personalised service that drives sales and repeat visits.

As part of the world’s leading luxury department store, you’ll work with autonomy while upholding visual standards, stock levels and the Harrods Rewards program, contributing to a memorable shopping experience for every guest.

As a Sales Associate within our cutting edge Beauty departments, with a particular focus on Skincare, you'll enjoy a package that includes access to our renowned Harrods benefits, including generous discounts across our store and restaurants.

About the Role

Our Sales Associates are at the heart of what we do and, as the face of our iconic brand, you will be responsible for creating world class customer experiences for each and every customer. You'll take time to understand and learn about our customers, combining the "Art of Selling" with strong skincare and beauty product knowledge. This tailored service approach leads to achieving sales targets as well as repeat customer visits.

As the world's leading luxury department store, our teams are curious, collaborative and ambitious. They stay at the forefront of industry trends across Beauty with a particular interest in premium skincare innovations.

You can expect each day to bring a new challenge and experience. Our teams are trusted to work with autonomy whilst ensuring high visual merchandising standards, adequate stock levels and replenishment, and championing our Harrods Rewards scheme and customer feedback surveys.

You will be an exceptional professional with a strong foundation in retail or hospitality, and have best in class experience in providing a memorable service to our clients. You will be dedicated and disciplined in your work, and be a leading example of excellence in your team. You will be ambitious and excited by your sales targets, striving to achieve our group mission whilst continually learning and developing to achieve more. Your high standards will set you apart, taking pride in your appearance, punctuality and adherence to Harrods policies.
