Job summary

Salomon is seeking a Sales Associate for a permanent, part-time role (14 hours/week) at the Covent Garden store in London. You will deliver exceptional customer service, connect customers with the right products, and contribute to a high-level brand experience on the shop floor.

Ideal candidates have prior retail or customer service experience, a passion for Salomon's core sports, and a flexible schedule that may include evenings, weekends and holidays. Local product discounts apply from day one.

• Previous experience in customer service and retail.
• Love interacting with people and sharing enthusiasm with the team.
• Passion and knowledge of Salomon's core sports.

Responsibilities

• Utilise exceptional customer service skills, sales techniques and Salomon product knowledge to connect customers with the right product and drive sales.
• Accompany and advise customers to provide a high-level customer experience, propose complementary products (additional sales).
• Be proficient in Sales Techniques and the Digital Tools available in store to provide outstanding customer service.
• Assist in protecting company assets and procedures through promoting loss prevention and ensure stockroom is clean and well-organized.
• Master standard operating procedures, health and safety guidelines, visual merchandising and community marketing principles.
• Be a brand ambassador and leverage the brand service culture.
